Britain's Tallest Man Cleans Up at Graham Norton Pro-Am Back
Chris Greener, Britain's tallest man, has triumphed at the first annual Graham Norton Pro-Celebrity Peeball Tournament.

Seen here collecting his prize of a presentation pack of Peeballs from IPF Secretary Elaine Sweetapple, Greener brushed aside the challenge of high profile celebrity players like Richard Whitely, Sean Bean, Chris Eubank and Dale Winton. The 7 foot 7 model and actor used his outsized bladder to great effect with three consecutive sub-30 second stands. Respected Peeball commentator Alan Pantson was impressed, not just with Greener's physical talents, but with his astute tactical play.

"Granted, the larger man has the advantage of gravity and bladder size," sneered the cynical Scottish analyst, "but it's so much harder for him to get control over the ball from the longer distance. Greener's stance, a subtle variation of the classic O'Neal Kneel - first developed by Shaquille himself - allowed him the control he needed to beat established pro-am Peeballers like 'Wet Dream' Winton. Once again, it's a triumph for intelligent Peeball over the brute force of the traditional 'big drinkers'."

Greener himself was delighted with his performance and dedicated his triumph to the Peeballers that had gone before him.

"Taller players have traditionally struggled at high profile Peeball tournaments," he explained. "It's the dedication that big men like Kareem Abdul-Splashfar and Richard Weel have put into the game that's made this victory possible. Stance is so vital in a big competition like this - stance and a firm grip."
